Randy P. Miller, 65, of Wheeling, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

He was born October 8, 1953 in Wheeling, son of the late Henry Chester and Edna Patricia Roberts Miller.

Randy was a retired journeyman electrician from Local IBEW #141 where he also worked as an organizer for 20 years and was a two-term member of the Executive Board; a Catholic by Faith; lifelong member of the Wildlife League of Ohio County, member of the Lewis Wetzel Rifle and Pistol Club; an avid motorcycle racing enthusiast and a former owner of several racing motorcycles. He enjoyed gunsmithing and operating small aircraft. He served annually as a judge for the Wheeling Feeling Chili cook off since its first year in 2002.

Survivors include his wife, of 37 years, Katherine Weckerley Miller; one son, Keith (Melanie) Miller of Bethlehem; one daughter, Renee (Dan) Lennex of Bethlehem; one brother, Bradley (Donna) Miller of Triadelphia; one sister, Chrisell Vasiliou of Midlothian, VA; four grandchildren, Clara and Henry Miller, and Memphis and Lola Lennex; two nephews and one niece.

A memorial service lead by Fr. Joseph Augustine and picnic to follow will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, August 23rd at Bethlehem Community Park Shelter. The family invites family and friends to attend.
