Her children thank everyone who loved Mom and may God Bless everyone whom she touched during her 97 years. We were blessed with Mary and Francis as our parents.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, where a rosary service will be held at 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with Msgr. Paul Hudock as celebrant. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary.
Since our Mom grew up truly knowing what is was like to be hungry as a child, we suggest in lieu of flowers, gifts to Catholic Charities of West Virginia restricted to food for the needy or to St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Elm Grove, or the charity of your choice.
“Well done good and faithful servant.”
