Edgar Wayne Dunlevy, 74, of Follansbee, WV, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at The Laurels of Steubenville, OH. His devoted wife Issie was always by his side. He was born on January 8, 1946, in Wellsburg, WV, the son of the late Brady Clement Mott and Zetta Leona (Black) Dunlevy.

Edgar graduated from Follansbee High School. He worked at Weirton Steel Corporation as an Operator on the Galvanized Line. He was a member of the Weirton Steel 25 Year Club. He was also a member of the Community of Christ Church in Follansbee, WV.

He enjoyed going to Brooke High School football games, watching the Steelers play and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his kind heart, always singing or whistling a tune and telling a joke to make you smile.

Edgar is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Isabelle “Issie” (Mancano) Dunlevy and their faithful dog Marteeka. Also survived by two daughters, Christina (Dunlevy) Marker and husband Danny of Warren, OH, and Michelle (Tsuhlares) Goodrum and husband Shayne of Round Rock, TX. Grandchildren include Corleena, Danny III, Christian, Ariauna, Elizabeth, Sayley, Kayleah and great grandchild Larayah of Warren, OH, and grandson Nicholas Goodrum of Round Rock, TX.

He is also survived by his two brothers, Brady Russell Dunlevy of Steubenville, OH, and Joseph Wetzel Dunlevy and wife Dang, of Follansbee, WV, in addition to numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to the Covid pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date. A special thanks to Jessica and Christine for always giving so much love and support especially during his final days.
