Sandra J. Robinson, 67, died from COPD complications July 23rd, 2021, at her residence. She was born July 18th, 1954 in Northfield, Vermont, the daughter of Paul Dennis and Elizabeth Ann (Viens) Hebert.

Sandra graduated from Triadelphia High School, Class of 1972. Following graduation, she started work at the United States Department of Agriculture as a GS-4 Secretary. After 25 years of hard work and dedication she retired from her position as a GS-14 Tri-Agency Coordinator. During that time she was married to Herbert Eastman Robinson III and they settled in Virginia. They celebrated 42 years of marriage in November. Sandra was the founder of the Orange 4-H Goat Club and led the club for over 15 years. She found joy in teaching children the responsibilities of farming and being able to watch the club members grow up into extraordinary young adults.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul “Buster” Hebert. Surviving in addition to her husband, Herbert Robinson, are their children, Christopher Robinson, his wife Jessica and their son Jeremiah, of Orange, VA, Patricia Lester and her wife, Dana, of Richmond, VA, Joseph Robinson and his fiance, Daniel, of Orange VA, Johnathon Robinson and his fiancee Jill of Alexandria, VA, Sandra’s siblings, Margaret Hickman of Unionville, VA, Pauline Tharp of Wheeling, WV, Judith Harris of Bridgeport, OH, George Hebert and wife Deborah of Lisbon, OH, Robert Herbert and wife Dessa of Columbus, OH, and her many nieces and nephews.

A service of remembrance will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Friday, July 30th at Johnson’s Funeral Home, 31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508

Interment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling, WV. Those who wish to remember Sandra in a special way may make gifts in her memory to the Orange County 4-H Goat Club at 146 S Madison Rd # 102, Orange, VA 22960.
