Wilma Ilene Lemmon, 87, of Wheeling, WV. Formally of Daisytown, PA. (Clover Hill) passed away Wednesday October 13, 2021 at her daughter and son in law, Karen and David Muldrew with whom she lived with for several years.

Wilma was born April 16, 1934 in New Freeport, PA a daughter of John Walter and Edith Hoy Grim.

She graduated from the Waynesburg High School in 1953.

On April 29, 1954 she married John Everett Lemmon, Sr. in Winchester, VA. They celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Wilma was a member of the former Washington County Antique Engine Association, Martha V. Paul, Chapter No. 404, Order of the Eastern Star, the Northern Panhandle Region, Antique Automobile Club of America, a former member of the Scenery Hill United Methodist Church, a member of the Elm Grove United Methodist Church and Lois Stitches of Caring.

Wilma was also a foster parent to fifteen infant and toddlers.

She was a great baker and a maker of wedding cakes.

Surviving a daughter, Karen R. Muldrew (David) of Wheeling, WV. two sons, John Everett Lemmon of Claysville, PA. and Kevin R. Lemmon (Chris) of Charleroi, PA.; four grandchildren, Sue Ann R. Woods (Joe) of Morgantown, WV., Daniel R. Muldrew of Fairmont, WV., Shelby E. Lemmon of Weirton, WV. and Jake E. Lemmon of Charleroi, PA. ; two great grandchildren Noah and Natalie Woods; one sister Gladys Gaines; four sister in laws and two brother in laws; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband are six brothers, Wilfred, Harold, Karl, Kenneth, Wayne and Robert Grim; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received 3:00 to 8:00 PM Friday October15, 2021 in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd. 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA. where funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday October 16, 2021 with Pastor Jennifer J. Otto officiating.
