DONALD FRAGALE

He was born April 28, 1953 in Wheeling; the son of the late Dominick and Mary Druschel Fragale.

Donald worked for the City of Wheeling for 24 years and the City of Benwood for 13 years as the Water and Sanitation Superintendent; loved to swim; watch football, especially the Steelers; visiting his siblings for a cup of coffee; and had a great sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Shedore; and two brothers, John Fragale and Samuel Plate.

Survivors include his 28 year partner and love of his life, Jackie Easthom of Wheeling; siblings, Marlyn Marling of Shadyside, OH, Anthony (Brenda) Fragale of Trenton, NJ, Janet (Jim) Rosenberry of Wheeling, Daniel (Donna) Fragale of Wheeling, and Jill (Joshua) Jebbia of Wheeling; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and his beloved dog, PeeWee.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4pm until the time of the memorial service at 6pm at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Rd. Bethlehem/Wheeling, with Monsignor Bakhos Chidiac officiating.

Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
