Pats on the Back

– To Barnesville Police Officer Andrew Stewart and Julie Webb, also of Barnesville. Stewart, off-duty and enjoying a day of fishing from his kayak, heard Webb’s cries for help as a stroller in which her grandson was riding rolled down a hill and down the bank toward the lake on which he was floating. Both Webb and he acted quickly. She stopped the stroller and held on, while Stewart rescued the child.
