Turn Teens Away From Gang Life

Jacob Gill, of Toronto, may spend the next 15 years in prison for his role in a confrontation that ended with a death. Gill is just 17 years old.

Ka’Saun Carlock, of Steubenville, pleaded guilty of murder in the same case, involving the death of Dylan Monroe, 18, of Toronto in August 2018. Carlock was sentenced to life in prison, without possibility of parole for at least 18 years.

Carlock is 16. He was 15 when he shot Monroe to death.
