Collusion Was Clinton’s
I read with interest the article in the “Readers Say” section of Sunday, Sept. 9 News Register regarding the purported COLLUSION of candidate Donald Trump with Russia.
The article relates information which has been circulated over the past 18-24 months by major news outlets and some major papers. How much of this information has been verified? Much of it is driven by a “dislike” for President Trump. The special counsel headed by Robert Mueller has found no “collusion” between candidate Donald Trump or President Donald Trump and the Russians. The Senate and House Intelligence Committees have found no “collusion” between the president and Russia.
The question is whether candidate Trump’s son Donald colluded with the Russians when he met for approximately 15 minutes with a Russian lawyer during the campaign. If you look into the whole story of this, you will find the lawyer had a meeting with Glen Simpson of Fusion GPS prior to the meeting and immediately after the meeting. Glen Simpson and Fusion GPS were responsible for the dossier being used for the “Russian Collusion Investigation.” The “dossier” was paid for by Hillary Clinton and the National Democratic Committee. (Reportedly cost $12 million as “campaign research” on Candidate Trump.)
There are several books available which have been researched regarding candidate and President Trump and “collusion” as well as the “conspiracy” to “prevent his election or remaining president.” The House Intelligence Committee has uncovered through its investigation “collusion” between senior officials at the FBI and Department of Justice (and possibly the CIA) to prevent candidate Trump from becoming president. Several FBI officials have been fired or resigned and more are being investigated regarding their “collusion” to prevent or remove Donald Trump from becoming/being president. Check out the following books: “Game of Thorns” by Doug Weed, “The Russia Hoax” by Gregg Jarrett, “Liars, Leakers and Liberals” by Judge Jeanine Pirro or “Clinton Cash” by Peter Schweizer. These books provided verifiable evidence of who is colluding with Russia and against President Trump.
Many people don’t like President Trump for various reasons. Probably the most notable is his “tweeting.” He definitely isn’t “politically correct” in his language. He doesn’t use “political speak!” He tells us what he thinks just like most “blue collar workers” discuss issues. The president tells it like he sees the situation without mincing words. Many people don’t like the language he uses or the fact that he “tweets” so much. On the other hand, by tweeting he reaches over 100 million people who receive these “tweets.” If not for these “tweets,” most people would not hear how well his administration is performing.
One of the signs you see at his rallies is “Promises Made — Promises Kept.” The following are a few and only a few of the campaign promises made and kept: Strengthened American leadership (North Korea, Syria, ISIS, etc.), improved the military and national security. He put the American people first, over 4 million new jobs created — 304,000-plus in manufacturing, 337,000-plus in construction, unemployment rate at all-time low of 3.8 percent (more jobs available than workers available), lowest rate of employment for African Americans ever recorded, lowest rate for Latinos, lowest unemployment for women. In fact, 67 percent of Americans believe now is a good time to find a quality job (Gallup poll). Further, we have experienced the largest number of new business start-ups in years (over 850,000 for each of the last three quarters). The American economy is stronger.
He has helped the coal industry and West Virginia by removing excessive regulations, reformed the tax code (tax cuts and jobs act amounting to $3.2 trillion in gross tax cuts for families). He has doubled the child tax credit, reduced the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 21 percent.
He has cut back unnecessary job-killing regulations (removed 22 for every new regulation). He has moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, which three previous presidents had promised but failed to do. Seventeen Americans being held overseas have been freed without a ransom being paid and Korean War soldiers’ remains have been returned from North Korea.
Because of his actions the steel industry and manufacturing jobs are coming back to the U.S. He has renegotiated trade deals with Mexico and other countries. He is also working on strengthening our border security but needs more committed help in Congress. If you voted for candidate Trump, now President Trump, you need to get to the polls and vote for candidates who support the president.
If the House and Senate flip to the Democrats all the progress mentioned above will be reversed. We also need to support West Virginia House and Senate members because they and Governor Justice have direct ties to the president. We see this because President Trump has visited West Virginia three times and he supports coal. If you watch the major news outlets you will see the opposition party’s game plan is to “impeach” President Trump, reverse the tax cuts and increase taxes, continue with “open borders” and other items which is not what West Virginians, Ohioans and Pennsylvanians voted for in 2016.
