Post Office Criticized

Editor, News-Register:

On Nov. 8, I went to the Wheeling post office to get my mail. Five people were in line.

There was one postal worker at the counter. There seemed to be a problem getting a package processed.

A postal worker came out from the back room, pulled one woman our of line, waited on her and went in the back room.

A jerk came into the post office, went right to the counter. A postal worker came out from the back room. This jerk called the postal worker over. The postal worker waiited on him, then went back into the back room. The line is getting longer.

Another postal worker came out from the back room, pulled a woman out of line, waited on her and went into the back room. No one made any effort to open another desk and help anyone.

Forty minutes later, I managed to collect my mail.

There is no mystery why postal jobs were shipped to Pittsburgh. Very poor work, very poor job.
