HIGH SCHOOL REFORM SHOULD INCLUDE DOING AWAY WITH "DOUBLE DIPPING" WHERE A TEACHER CAN RETIRE IN THE MORNING AND RETURN TO TEACHING IN THE AFTERNOON AS AN INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR. THIS "DOUBLE DIPPING" ALSO KEEPS OUR NEW YOUNG TEACHERS SITTING AT HOME.
