Simple math is to have the people to vote on a levy that would decreases the BOE by the amount they have been giving the Library. Changes in the law should not be a win fall for the BOE. They have been getting enough money and have not showed results. At least people at the library can read and use a computer.

does that mean that the board will reduce its budget by $500,000 and the taxpayer, no longer paying the schools to pay the library will get a refund? No, that will never happen. The taxpayer will simply get to make up the difference to the library and the school board will buy some new cars and chairs and conferences. And since we voted this levy in, just recently, can the Board simply take the money from the libary even though it was in the levy publication that we voted in? I think thats another lawsuit that I hope some friend of the library will file. We are now seeing agencies feed on each other, could locusts be far behind? If the libary could change its name to a Muslim name and have its mail routed through Benghazi they might get some of the $450 million that we send Libya's new Islamic regime every six months. Alas, its in an American city and the only federal services scheduled there by the Obama administation will fly overs by surveillance drones. Look up and wave.
