FAA Should Try Harder on Towers

The reason why the FAA doesn't try harder is because they don't want to try harder.

The bureau of prisons found money for guards because the prisoners can't make the decision on the safety of the community.

The FAA can't (or won't) make the decision becuase they are hoping Congress will blink.

The FAA knows the safety at 149 airports is not at risk or else they would add towers to the thousands of airports that don't have them now.

Joe and Jane Taxpayer shouldn't pay for the towers for private pilots. The pilots should if they feel they neeed them - but you don't hear the pilots yelling do you?
