OK if the City dog owners really want to win this, how about setting up a drive thru, have 10 laptops available and let people sign in and vote! You could set up bark centers in the grove, at the highlands, at the mall, (yes St.Clairsville) down at center market, and even the local fire stations. I saw one group has over 4,000 votes.....just some thoughts if you want to win it!! Good lick,...i mean good luck!! lol

This doesn’t involve the city’s eminent domain confiscation and demolition of my house, does it? Ok, just as long as my property will be used “for the kids” or the dogs. I’d hate to see abuse of Government power for something frivolous.
