We always HEAR the big numbers these companies are spending, but it seems very little has changed in the Valley other than filled up motels, hotels, and lot of out of state license plates.

Surely Obama will stop this, just as soon as he finishes his Gestapo National police program and has rounded up those foolish people who have opinions. And then we have to have another Arab war and he is shipping troops and lotsa money) there now since he found that so long as the Dems control the Senate he can make war anytime, kill Arabs by the thousands from the air, arm the people who killed 3,000 Americans in NYC, and on and on. He just does not have time for this yet but sooner or later he will find a way to ruin this country completely and keeping us on the Arab teat is his prime directive. Prosperity? We doan need no stinkin' prosperity! It ain't progressive

This company would not spend $4.5 billion on what are essentially refineries if they were not going to see several billions in net profits, either from upstream or downstream operations.

You see, Williams Partners are not government employees. Therefore, they are trying to make a profit. To do this, they need to be intelligent, efficient, disciplined and have a well thought out strategy that they can execute. In short, everything that government, at any level, is not.
