McCoid has lost his mind. I agree with other posters, but why would he desire to impress his 2 mexican alien criminals-he got paid. I dont think badgering this mentally challenged victim would even impress his collegues. It must be his own ego that needs fed, to trip up a mentally challenged rape victim makes him as sick as those he represents. Bad decision

I can understand why people disagree with political ideals, but I certainly can't understand why anyone would disagree with Gooseman and Triton here. Maybe they are the same type of people these Mexicans are?

"Montes and Ramirez were working as roofers in Washington, Pa. Both lived in the country illegally and will be deported after completing their prison terms." I don't see anything about a work visa. Not that it matters.

so they are illegal aliens in the country taking jobs from legal aliens or other citizens, they plead guilty to participating in abduction and rape of mentally challenged girl and their lawyer wants to be able to beat her up on the witness stand to impress his clients, even though they have pleaded guilty. The now convicted rapist's lawyer wants to subpoena her in the sentencing phase. Incredible! A mentally challenged girl is abducted and raped over a period of days, and yet even after they stand convicted the left wing monster lawyer wants to impress the poor rapists by crushing a mentally challenged person on the witness stand since he did not get to do his routine in a trial. Must have had a great big rant to do on her and does not want it to go to waste and wants to impress his colleagues with his skill in bullying the girl. To what end? Sentencing is up to the Federal Judge. Does he need to have this happen to determine the sentence? Nope. The lawyer just wants to perform

Anyone, who takes advantage of another, especially one with some mental challenges, needs much, much time (rest of their lives) in a cell, in a lonely prison to reap the consequences of their utter lack of concern for another human.
