This article is misleading. There is no such thing as "dual" citizenship for a naturalized citizen. Travel on a foreign passport, and a naturalized citizen can have citizenship revoked.

It is technically illegal for any citizen to do that, but they can't strip citizenship from a native born citizen unless it is renounced, so they can get away with it but it is frowned upon.
