To help prevent food solids from entering the sewer system, commercial kitchen operators should check out The Drain Strainer. The blockage is in North Benwood! Undo's is located miles South of the problem. Salmon flow upstream not grease!

Every city in North America has issues with fats, oils, and grease in their sewer lines. Almost all cities have a grease trap ordinance. Google it.

The reason for the ordinance is to protect against sanitary sewer overflows as well as the cost to clean up the grease from the sewer.

It would be much easier for everyone to dump all liquids into the sewer and blame the city for poor results. The sanitary sewer was designed for humane waste and grey water . . . not food solids and restaurant grease let alone paint and chemicals. The next restaurant issue will be grease trap pumping. The restaurants must pay for grease trap pumping. The grease trap waste goes to landfill. Waste vegetable oil from a deep-fryer is considered “Yellow Grease”. Yellow grease is a commodity on the stock market. Restaurants are paid for this collection. Technology to solve this grease problem permanently exists. see ****

So why not just say its Undos. Are they afraid. If it were in Wheeling the restaurant would be named. I undos is not above being called out. Why bother writing the article if you don't name names.
