Both fighters need the victory to catapult into world championship contention in 2013. For Spadafora, it marks his next step in an astonishing comeback story as he attempts to rewrite the history books.

Presented by eight-time World Champion Roy Jones Jr. in association with TNT Promotions, the evening also features two eight-round battles including the "Fight of the Year" rematch between Monty Meza-Clay and Emmanuel "The Butcher" Lucero. The other eight-rounder features Youngstown's Jake "The Bull" Giuriceo and former WBO African Title Challenger "Mr." Peter Oluoch as Giuriceo attempts his next step toward cracking the world rankings.

Other bouts scheduled include:

-- Crowd pleaser Billy "Hutch" Hutchinson in a six-round Tri-State grudge match versus Jose "The Puerto Rican Prince" Caraballo.

-- Prospect "Big Chief" Morgan Fitch in a six-round encounter with Cameron Allen. Allen is coming off of a shocking 2nd round TKO of contender Jimmy Lubash.
