Brooke Soccer Standout Josh Ferguson will be a Hilltopper

Brooke soccer standout Josh Ferguson will continue his academic and athletic careers at West Liberty University. During his four year career as a Bruin, Ferguson had 67 goals, 32 assists along with 223 steals and takeaways.

He was always involved in community service projects. One of his projects during his senior year was collecting old and used soccer equipment for the underprivileged. Ferguson has collected a plethora of accolades including First Team All-OVAC, First Team All-Valley, and second team all-state.

Ferguson plans to study Biology/Pre-Dental.

Ferguson is flanked by his parents, Lisa Ferguson and Todd Ferguson.

Brooke softball star Haley Joe Birmingham signed her letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at West Virginia Wesleyan. Birmingham was a four-year letterman and was named to the OVAC All-Conference Academic Team.

She was involved in Paws n’ Claws, where she was the secretary and was also a member of HOSA, DECA, Biology Club and Spanish Club.
