SISTERSVILLE — Ty Walton tossed a complete-game no-hitter on Saturday as he helped lift Tyler Consolidated to a 5-0 victory over visiting Wahama.

Walton struck out 16 of the 26 hitters in the masterpiece and walked four.

At the plate, the Silver Knights were led by Mason Nichols with a hit and two RBI, while Tyler Ferrell added a RBI.

In the nightcap, Tyler fell 14-2 but Walton provided both RBI with a single.

Weir 2, John Marshall 0

WEIRTON — Weir only had two hits but it was enough to upend visiting John Marshall.

Jack Scopel delivered both hits for the Red Raiders and added a RBI in the win.

Dillon Wright fanned nine for the Monarchs.
