Madonna High School Welcomes Students of All Faiths

WEIRTON — Madonna High School, located at 150 Michael Way, Weirton, is a Catholic school for grades 9 to 12, seeking to prepare its students for a successful future spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially in the environment of a caring community in the service of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Financially supported chiefly by the Catholic faith community, the school welcomes students from all faiths and is dedicated to preparing its students to be college and career ready Catholic adults.

Students of Madonna High School are offered subjects which cover the traditional course offerings of college preparatory, general curriculum, fine arts, and selected business and vocational areas.

These courses are geared to accommodate individual differences and ability levels and to give a truly balanced education in terms of theology, sciences, mathematics, languages, and the humanities.

In addition, students may elect to take honors courses to further enhance their education. Seniors are also able to take courses through West Virginia Northern and can potentially accumulate 12 hours of college credit.
