Allen G. Porter, 72, of St. Clairsville died Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling WV.
He was born May 30, 1950, in Centertown, KY, the son of the late Glenn and Alma (Cox) Porter.
Allen was a United States Army Veteran. He was a retired Jail Administrator for the Belmont County Sheriff's Department. He also spent his free time as an OHSAA official for both basketball and baseball.
Surviving are his children, Kristen (Tomasz) Jarzecki and Chad (Valissa) Porter, girlfriend Robin Janiszewski, Brothers George Porter, Gary Porter, Kevin Porter, Grandchildren Judah Jarzecki, Kennedy Porter, and Khloe Porter.
Family and friends will be received at the CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville, OH 43950 on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 12 until time of services at 2 p.m. Interment will be at a later date in Centertown Cemetery, Centertown, KY.
