Jose Luis Cintron, 75, resident of Wheeling, WV, died on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Heritage Valley, Sewickley, PA. He was born on February 4, 1950 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, son of the late Gilberto and Juanita Rivera Cintron. Jose was a retired train engineer for Norfolk and Southern Railroad and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
