William H. “Bill” Catlett, Jr., age 77, of Wheeling, WV passed away on September 19, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital, with his loving wife of 37 years, Francine, at his side. He was born in Wheeling on July 18, 1948 and remained in Wheeling his entire life. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Homer Catlett, Sr. and Ethel Nash Catlett. Bill is survived by his devoted wife, Francine Winkiewicz Catlett; several nieces, a nephew, a great-niece, and a great-nephew. Bill requested there be no visitation and he will be cremated.
