Paul “PJ” Ballog Jr., a beloved father, grandfather, and great- grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025, at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville, Ohio, at the age of 81. He was born on September 26, 1943 in New Orleans, Louisiana a son to the late Paul and Mamie (Fasulla) Ballog Sr. PJ graduated from St. Clairsville High School in 1962 where he was an outstanding football player.
