William Joseph Hlebiczki Sr., 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 1, 2023. William was born on September 14, 1943 to the late Frank and Emma (Hotary) Hlebiczki. He is also preceded in death by three brothers Richard, Charles, and Bob Hlebiczki. William was a graduate of McKinley and the previous owner and operator of Convenient Food Mart located at 701 Marshall St. McMechen, WV. Diana L. Seabright, 73, of Moundsville, WV passed away Sunday, January 29, at Peterson Hospital. She was born November 9, 1949 in Wheeling, daughter of the late Wilbur (Bud) and Leanna Seabright. Her career took her to Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Georgia until returning to the Ohio Valley where she worked for H&R Block.
