Coulsons Make 60 Years
Alice Faye and Clifton “Leon” Coulson of Piedmont, Ohio, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday, May 21.
They were united in marriage on Saturday, May 21, 1960, at the residence of retired Rev. E.W. Lodwick in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio.
Alice is the eldest daughter of the late Nellie and James Ourant of Freeport, Ohio. She is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is a retired home health aide from Park Health and worked at the Harrison County Home.
Clifton “Leon” is the eldest son of the late Martha and Clifton Carlos Coulson of Piedmont, Ohio. He is a father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is retired from Gradall Excavating Co. testing department through Manpower, and worked almost 30 years as a dozer operator and mechanic for Cravat Coal Co.
They are the parents of three children: Connie (Larry) Patton of St. Clairsville, Thomas Leon (Sharon) Coulson of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and the late Timothy Lee Coulson of Piedmont. They have four grandchildren, Tiffanie (Shawn) Henry, Caitlin (Mychal) Egrl, Thomas Coulson and Kevin (Amber) Coulson; four great-grandchildren, Johnathan Coulson, Ayden, Ahriella and Aubrianna Coulson.
