Wilsons Mark 66 Years
Robert and Helen Wilson of West Alexander, Pennsylvania, celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on June 5 at their home. They were married at Dallas Methodist Church in Dallas, W.Va.
Helen is the daughter of the late Melvin and Margaret Johnson Winters. Robert is the son of the late Luther and Anna Toland Wilson.
Helen is a retired nurses aide. She is a writer and member of the National Poetry Association. Robert was a tank commander in the Korean War and retired as vice chairman of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employee of the B&O Railroad.
They are the parents of Laurae and husband Bill Rayl of West Alexander, and Bruce and Priscilla Wilson of Guston, Kentucky; and the late Dennis and Mark Wilson. They are grandparents to Chris and Mark Clutter, Jeffery and Peter Wilson, Chealsey Carter, Chrystal Engistrom and Cathryn Troy. Several great-grandchildren and several they claim as well complete the family.
The couple are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Washington. They spent several winters in Haines City, Florida after retiring.
