Ottes Celebrate 73rd
Bud and Jane Otte celebrate 73 years of marriage on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023.
They were married at St. James Church in McMechen on Nov. 10, 1950. They have four children Sandy Schane (Thomas), Mark Otte (Kelley), Mike Otte (Denise) and Scarlett Hubbs (Robert).
