Jenny and Roger Matz

Roger and Jenny Matz of Wheeling will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, June 12.

Jenny, the daughter of the late Andrew and June Niehaus of Wheeling, is a retired teacher.

Roger, the son of the late Ralph and Dorothy Matz of Chillicothe, Ohio, is a retired television account executive.

The couple has three children: Laura (Niko) of Pittsburgh, Katie (Derrik) of Saint Clairsville, and the late Greg Matz.

They are also the proud grandparents of Delaney and Ben.
