Dick and Pat Rine celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday. They were united in marriage Aug. 24, 1957, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling. They are the parents of two children, Karen (Paul) Litvak and Cindy (Alan) Wade, and have two grandsons. They are recently retired after 30 years as owners of Pat’s Hallmark, Wheeling.
