They were united in marriage on July 13, 1966, at West Bridgeport Methodist Church with the Rev. Gordon Farmer officiating. Chick LaMotte is the son of Andrew LaMotte and the late Patricia LaMotte. Joyce LaMotte is the daughter of the late John and Mary Smith of Barton. They have two children: LaNette (Kevin) Krob of Bridgeport and Andrew (Angel) of Bellaire, and five grandchildren.
