Ralph and Mary Jo Koontz of New Martinsville will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary June 14.They were united in marriage June 14, 1956 in the bride's home at Dale, W.Va., by the late Willard E. Fortney of Clarksburg.Mary Jo Koontz is the daughter of the late Francis and Alice Lemasters of Dale. She retired from the Post Office after 20 years.Ralph Koontz is the son of the late Andrew and Mabel Koontz of New Martinsville. Hubert and Erma Headen of Wellsburg celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.They were united in marriage June 4, 1966 at Beech Bottom Christian Church.Erma Headen worked as a hairdresser in the 1960s and retired from Macy's.Hubert Headen served in the Army during the Vietnam War and retired after 31 years service at Weirton Steel.They have two children.
