Couple Celebrates 50th

Jack and Carolyn Michaux of Wellsburg are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today, Sept. 27.They were united in marriage by Carolyn's grandfather, the Rev. O.J. Howearth, on Sept. 27, 1965, at Wellsburg Christian Church.Jack Michaux is retired from Weirton Steel with 40 years of service.Carolyn Michaux is a homemaker.They have raised four children: Cindy (Rod) English of Florida, Candi (Vince) DiMarzio of Virginia, David of Florida and Tammy (Jeff) Knox of Follansbee.
