William "Bill" and Janetlee Whipkey Foster of Moundsville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31.They were united in marriage Dec. 31, 1954 by the Rev. Archie Fox at Fox's residence on Reilly Hill Road in the McMechen-Glen Dale area.
