Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hill of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Anne Hill, to Kevin William Stingle, son of Fred Stingle of Smithfield, Ohio, and Flora Louise Gray of Wheeling.
Hill is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a graduate of West Virginia University. She is employed by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture as a regulatory officer.
Stingle is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School. He served in the Armed Forces as an officer of aviation and is a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers of Wheeling. He is employed by the Department of Defense as a pilot.
A June 13 wedding is planned at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling.
