Mr. and Mrs. Tim Hines of New Cumberland announce the engagement of their daughter, Makenzie Nicole Hines, to Kyle Emerson Dunbar, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Quinlan of Chester.
Hines is a 2006 graduate of Oak Glen High School, a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a 2013 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Master of Science degree as a family nurse practitioner. She is employed as a nurse practitioner at Weirton Medical Vein Center.
Dunbar is a 2006 graduate of Oak Glen High School and a 2010 graduate of Fairmont State University with a degree in aviation maintenance management. He is employed by Timet Corp. in Toronto as a production supervisor.
A May 16 wedding is planned at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Weirton.
