Mr. and Mrs. Mark Kappas of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Anne Kappas, to Brian Lee Applegarth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Applegarth of Richmond, Ohio.
Kappas is a 2008 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed by Growing Generations as a financial specialist.
Applegarth is a 2007 graduate of Edison High School. He is a member of Carpenters Local 186 of Steubenville. He is employed as a journeyman carpenter with Cattrell Co. of Toronto.
A June wedding is planned.
