Tom and Cindy Baier of Toronto announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Baier, to Ricky Lee Szeligo, son of Rick and Diane Szeligo of Wheeling.
Baier is a 2007 graduate of Toronto High School and a 2011 graduate of West Liberty University’s dental hygiene program. She is employed as a dental office manager at Ameredes & Karnoupakis Advanced Dentistry in Wheeling.
Szeligo is a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2009 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University. He is employed as a probation officer with the Second Judicial District Circuit Court in Moundsville.
A September wedding is planned.
