Stephen Jewell and Tamera Shank announce their engagment.
Shank is the daughter of Danny and Kathy Shank of St. Albans. She is a graduate of St. Albans High School and West Virginia University with a degree in exercise physiology. She is a personal trainer for Action Sports Complex.
Jewell is the son of Greg and Amy Jewell of Valley Grove. He is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School and West Virginia University with a degree in business. He is employed by JITECH and the Army National Guard.
An August wedding is planned in St. Albans.
