Mr. And Mrs. Mark Carter of Wheeling announce the engagement of their son, Adam Carter, to Ashlee DiBartolomeo, daughter of Rena DiLeonardo of Ellwood City, Pa.
DiBartolomeo graduated from Lincoln High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in community programming for individuals with disabilities from Slippery Rock University. She works for McGuire Memorial as a program specialist in their community homes.
Carter is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School, Wheeling Jesuit University and West Virginia University with a master’s degree in athletic training. He is employed by Burk Physical Therapy and at Riverside High School in Ellwood City as the head athletic trainer.
A July wedding is planned in Ellwood City.
