Jody and Darlene Hoffman of St. Clairsville join with Tom and Linda Harriz of Simpsonville, S.C., in announcing the engagement of Greggory T. Hoffman to Rachel L. Harriz.
Harriz is a graduate of Hillcrest High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion from Furman University in 2011.
Hoffman is a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from West Liberty University in 2012.
They are completing their third of four years at the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in South Carolina, with the goal of becoming ordained Lutheran ministers.
A summer wedding is planned.
