Ray and Debi Vogel of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Vogel, to William Casey Hubbard, son of Bill and Joy Hubbard of Benwood.
Vogel is a 2007 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2012 graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in physical and health education with a special education minor. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in multicategorical special education with autism at West Liberty University and is employed by Brooke County Schools as a special education teacher.
Hubbard is a 2006 graduate of John Marshall High School and is employed by Automatic Recycling. He is a volunteer fireman for the city of Benwood.
A June wedding is planned.
