Runyan is the son of James Sr. and Rose Runyan of Bellaire.
Frye is the son of the late Jack and Nancy Frye of Wheeling.
Runyan is a 1985 graduate of Bellaire High School. He is employed by AVI Food Service of Bellaire as a route driver and is a part-time cashier at Riesbeck’s.
Frye attended Warwood High School, class of 1976. He is a manager at Gumby’s.
A June 27 wedding is planned.
