Rick and Cel Schneid of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynn Schneid, to Adam James Haught, son of Dan and Janie Haught of Follansbee.
Schneid is a 2004 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School, a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a master’s degree in elementary education and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a master’s degree in reading. She is employed as a first-grade teacher in Moundsville.
Haught is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and foreign languages and a 2010 graduate of the University of Hamburg with a master’s degree in political science. He is employed as a global sales operations specialist in Canonsburg.
A June 27 wedding is planned in Wheeling.
