Mr. and Mrs. Randy Shepherd announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Nicole, to Scott “Boon” Conley, son of Marge Conley and the late John Conley.
Shepherd is a graduate of West Liberty University and Marshall University. She is employed as a teacher for Ohio County Schools.
Conley attended Marshall university and is employed by Auto Choice.
A destination wedding on the Caribbean island of Curacao is planned for Sept. 25, with a reception to follow in October.
