Ed and Mary Jo McGinley of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle McGinley, to John Campion, son of William and Jane Campion of Green Bay, Wis.
McGinley is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and foods. She is pursuing a master’s degree in human nutrition and food science at West Virginia University.
Campion is a graduate of Green Bay Notre Dame Academy, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and a graduate of Beijing University and the London School of Economics with masters’ degrees in international affairs. He is employed as a naval submarine officer in Groton, Conn.
A June wedding is planned in Wheeling.
