Mark and Gail O’Leary of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin Marie O’Leary, to Cody Mitchell Francis, son of Kevin and Mary Francis of Moundsville.
O’Leary is a 2009 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a 2014 graduate from West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education, and a 2015 graduate from West Liberty University with a master’s degree in education specializing in special education. She is employed at Wheeling Central Catholic High School as a mathematics teacher.
Francis is a 2008 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2014 graduate from West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in business information systems. He is employed at The Health Plan as a programmer.
An Oct. 22 wedding is planned in Wheeling.
