ross of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter Bria Cross to Trent Schutz, son of John and Cindy Schutz of Wheeling.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School. She is a summa cum laude graduate of West Virginia University where she graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in multidisciplinary studies, a minor in dance and a master’s degree in elementary education with a specialization in math. She is employed as a math teacher and dance team coach at Wheeling Park High School.

Her fiance is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School. He earned his associate degree in petroleum technology from West Virginia Northern Community College. He is employed by Southwestern Energy as a facilities construction foreman.

A June 27 wedding is planned.
